What this service is — and isn't
SSI/SSDI Claim Helper is an independent educational tool that helps you organize and prepare information for an SSDI or SSI claim. We are not the Social Security Administration, not a government agency, not a law firm, and not your representative. We provide no legal, medical, or financial advice.
No guarantee of outcome
Approval decisions are made solely by the SSA. Nothing on this site guarantees that your claim will be approved, expedited, or accepted in any particular form.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for submitting your claim to the SSA yourself. Do not use this service for unlawful purposes or to submit false information.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you within the app.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and may change, pause, or become temporarily unavailable. We work to protect your data but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for claim denials, delays, or missed deadlines arising from your use of the service.
